• Leading the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle including requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability across complex enterprise-level applications.
• Conducting requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, JAD sessions, surveys, and analysis of existing systems. Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications such as BRDs and FRDs.
• Creating and maintaining detailed BPMN workflows, UML diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and data flow diagrams to support system design and architecture decisions.
• Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Managing epics, features, and user stories in tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, DevOps, and product owners to ensure successful and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing test plans, test scripts, and facilitating execution and defect resolution.
• Performing data analysis, data mapping, and data validation using tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, DB2, and SSIS. Supporting integration testing involving XML, JSON, SOAP services, and flat files.
• Designing and validating reports and dashboards using reporting tools like Tableau, BIRT, SSRS, and Smartsheet.
• Overseeing and supporting enterprise-level security integrations including Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations using SiteMinder Policy Server, Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Creating and monitoring project plans, estimations, timelines, and deliverables using PMP-based project management practices and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and IBM Jazz.
• Leading change management initiatives, stakeholder communication, and training rollout in collaboration with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams.
• Facilitating GAP analysis, Impact assessments, SWOT, ROI, and Cost-Benefit Analysis to support strategic decisions.

Experience in C, C, Unix, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, .Net, VDI Client, FTP Editor, Visual studio, LDAP, Active Directory, SiteMinder Policy Server, Service Now, SQL server, Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, SSIS, Visio, SOAP, XML, JSON and SoapUI 5.3.

A bachelor’s degree equivalent in computer science, engineering (any), math or related plus 5 years of experience or master’s degree with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as a computer software professional.
