• Review new and existing system designs and make recommendations for improving or altering the systems.
• Analyze business strategy and discuss all key areas and initiatives with business strategists and high-level managers.
• Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Ensuring that this set of high-level requirements is consistent, complete, correct, and operationally defined.
• Guide development team on the as-is and expected functionalities in the project as per customer requirements.
• Work on Gap Analysis sessions with clients to understand legacy and modernized systems for agile and/or waterfall model projects.
• Work on Requirement Documentation in Agile Requirement Gathering Tools as per various functionalities.
• Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
• Create and monitor the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
• Generate a set of acceptance test requirements, together with the designers, test engineers, and the users.
• Providing user training to end users, customers and internal team members for smooth execution of project.
• Implement short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems and software.

A bachelor’s degree equivalent in computer science, engineering (any), math or related plus 5 years of experience or master’s degree with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as a computer software professional.

• Design and develop sound, high performance technical solutions that meet industry’s best practices and provide support.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, employing analytical thinking and creativity.
• Prepare the technical design documents, unit test script documents, manual step documents and migration documents and implementation activities.
• Responsible to translate business requirements into design documents
• Integrate applications with cloud services, particularly deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Will be working on transitioning existing system integrations from the Legacy HR system such as Oracle/SAP/Peoplesoft to Workday and provide AMS support post go-live.
• Gathering business requirements from the customer.
• Translating business requirements into formal requirements (change request) and design documents.
• Will be working on Developing reports, interfaces, custom enhancements post go-live.
• Responsible to assist in the production support and maintenance of applications.
• Design and develop applications which integrate with other systems, platforms, and external services.
• Develop high-level technology architecture design of current and future state solution based on business requirements and value propositions.
